Call for papers / Topics

Submission details:

The standard method of submission of your paper to conference is by using EasyChair, and we request that you prefer this method. But if you encounter difficulties, which can delay your submission, please send your paper to mfoi2016@math.md with subject "FOI Paper"

Requirements to papers:

Your paper is required to be 6-16 pages in English (one page approximating A5 size, i.e. about 800 words), and using the MFOI templates (MFOI2016_template_A5.doc, mfoi2016_template.tex, mfoi2016_template.pdf, mfoi2016.sty, Template_MFOI_2016.zip).
Please, start with a succinct statement of the problem, present your results, their significance and a comparison with previous works (if any), as well as a list of references. The submissions should also include: the title of proposed paper, author's names, affiliations, addresses, the name of an author to contact for a possible correspondence, the e-mail address of the contact author, and topics which best describe the paper (max. 5 keywords).

A special focus of the 2016 edition is logic in informatics and semantics, but any original contributions to this domain are invited, including, but not limiting to:

theory of computing semantic technologies
theoretical issues in artificial intelligence natural language processing
theoretical issues in automated reasoning formal languages and automata
theoretical aspects of software system development cryptography and security
logics in informatics, databases, and AI neural networks
data mining and knowledge discovery natural computing
knowledge representation soft computing
